    We present a list of journals from the STM collection (Science, Technology, Medicine) together with their impact factors as defined in the base Journal Citation Report for 2005.

    Information on IF (impact factors) from earlier periods is available in the Reference Centre.

    The Main Library may ask other libraries - which have access to the corresponding branches of the JCR - to research IFs missing in the provided file (e.g. for legal matters, not included in the WUT data bases).

    Remark: List of journals accessible from within the TUW from any computer for registered library users.
    1. If you use a computer with an IP address belonging to the WUT there won.t be a difference, the system identifies the user automatically
    2. If you use some external computer (e.g. at home), then the system asks for
          - the number of your library card
          - the password (PIN) for your library account


  • Philadelphia list of Journals (ISI - at present Thomson Scientific), or Master Journal List. The list contains titles of journals, which have passed the accreditation process and are covered by the ISI base.
